Gleam Technologies Co., Ltd. is an education technology company serving universities, and we also take on software development. We have our own products, and we build custom systems that people use every day.
One team, from art to AI
We are a team of experienced specialists, with dedicated people for art, front and back end, and AI. The whole delivery stays in one team’s hands, so what we take on, we see through.
Art and interface
Scene art, interface design and brand visuals. The 40+ original scenes of the training platform were made here.
Front end, back end and data
Web apps and admin systems, multi-campus accounts and permissions, teaching data and dashboards.
AI
AI tutors, course review and content generation, bringing large language models into systems where teaching needs them.

Get the requirements clear
Not sure yet what you need? We also help with early scoping: first we pin down the problem, then we talk about the plan and the price.
Plan and quote
We quote against a feature list and delivery milestones. Staged acceptance and staged payment are available and written into the contract.
Build and accept
Art, front end, back end and AI are done by the same team, delivered milestone by milestone and accepted item by item.
Delivery means handing it over
After acceptance, you get the source code, deployment documents and admin accounts, so nothing stays locked in with us. Ongoing maintenance and updates can stay with us too.
Provided once we agree to work together
We don’t publish scans of our certificates online, to keep them from being misused. Once we agree to work together, we provide them through your procurement process or on formal request.
